Owners, Eddie and Charlene Carver, have carefully crafted each detail of
this condominium, to give you the perfect beach getaway, while enjoying the
comforts of home. It is located on the up and coming and newer end of
Panama City Beach and boasts the all new Pier Park mega complex with
entertainment, shopping, eating, dining, and nightlife, all within 1.8
miles walking distance.
The condominium is a luxurious large end/corner unit with 1238 square feet.
It has 2 bedrooms with 2 full baths and sleeps up 7 people comfortably. A
king size bed in the master bedroom, a queen size bed in the guest bedroom,
a queen size sofa sleeper in the living area, and a extra roll-away twin
bed are all available on-site for use. This unit was built in 2005 and has
been recently remodeled with new paint, draperies, furniture, electronics,
bedding, crown molded ceilings, and granite counter tops in the kitchen and
baths. The TV's are all HD format, with a new LCD-TV with Sony Blu-Ray
player in the living area. The guest room has a new LED-TV with upscale
convert DVD player and the master has a new large combo LCD/DVD unit. There
are also a variety of DVD's to watch and board games for those times when
not on the beach. The best feature of this condominium is the amazing and
spectacular views! The guest bedroom has a large window with views of the
gulf and Panama City Beach, while the master bedroom has its own balcony
door and open view of the ocean. You can actually lie in bed and see the
ocean! With the balcony being one of the largest on the beach, you walk
into the unit, and it looks as if you could dive right into the ocean!
Why is this unit called the Majestic Seahorse? Charlene loves seahorses and
the condo is decorated with a few seahorse items and elegant rich tropical
decor. From signed artwork to designer fabrics this unit is very upscale.
