| Rates start at $150 for two people staying 7 or more nights and go up from
there. It is $165 per night if under 7 nights. Each additional person after
the first two is $20 per night.
Visit the lush, tropical and magic of the real Hawaii. The property offers
a 180-degree ocean view north towards Hilo and the top of Mauna Kea while
sitting by the solar heated in-ground pool. We do not have a beach directly
in front of our home but we are close to a geothermal hot pond, great
snorkeling at the Kapoho Tide Pools and some black sand beaches.
We are in a very quiet and safe neighborhood and offer a prime location to
whale watch (December to April). At night you can hear the whales singing.
Year round turtles, dolphins, and other marine life, plus cruise ships,
passing by keep the view always interesting. Coffee on the lanai as you see
the sun rise over the ocean is magical as the light dances on the ocean
waves! Rainbows over the water and the evening colors are what we love so
much and never tire of.
This home is a very large (3,000 square foot) home directly on the ocean
with three private lanais, full kitchen, private in-ground pool, high speed
Internet throughout the house. A Windows 7 laptop will be provided at an
additional cost. There is every amenity imaginable and more.
We can be available to offer travel information on the volcano, hot ponds,
black sand beaches, snorkeling, waterfalls, steam vents, and many other
great things to do. We are convenient to Hilo airport and can send you maps
via e-mail. There is shopping and restaurants in nearby Pahoa, Keaau, and
Hilo.
With our 30 foot cliffs overlooking the ocean and the corresponding danger
and pool right off the lanai- we do not recommend this rental for people
with young children.
Arrivals are 3:00 PM or after and 10:00 AM departure unless other
