Fall Base Rate (9/1 - 12/15): $835/nt. up to 8. Thanksgiving Base Rate
$835/nt. up to 8.
Christmas Base Rate (12/15-1/5) $850/nt. up to 8.
*Each additional guest to 16 at $35/nt.
Cleaning Fee - $250 up to 8
guests. $400 for 9 guests and above. Reservation Fee - $100.
