Spacious four (4) bedroom - three (3) bath condo. This 1800 square foot WINDSONG PENTHOUSE condo is the largest floorplan available at Splash. Three 37" Flat Screen LCD TVs; one 32" TV; Two DVD players; CD player.

Our unit sleeps 8-9 in beds and 2 more on sofabed for a total of 11 people, if needed. Two King Master suites w/gulf view balconies; Queen guest bedroom; and a 4th bedroom with a twin/full bunkbed. The Queen sofa sleeper offers additional sleeping space. Both king master bedrooms boast spacious bathrooms with large separate shower and garden tub. Upgraded housewares package means you have everything you need.

Splash is Panama City Beach’s favorite family beachfront resort and offers fun for the whole family. With 5 distinct pool areas--a waterpark, including a kids’ pool park with waterslides, interactive water toys, & a lazy river ride as well as an arcade, the kids will never want to go home. And there’s fun for the parents as well, including a state-of-the-art fitness room right on the gulf, two adult pools, a jacuzzi and, RIPTIDE, the poolside Bar & Grill (opened Memorial Day Weekend thru Labor Day weekend).

Personal checks accepted 30 days prior to arrival.

DEPOSIT is $310. Balance is due three weeks prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

•ANY cancellation on or before the 30th day prior to the agreed upon check in date shall result in the forfeiture of the $10 reservation fee and the $300 initial deposit.

•Cancellations after the 30th day prior to the agreed upon check in date shall result in the forfeiture of all money paid unless you have purchased trip cancellation insurance or unless we can rebook the unit for the same time period.

OCCUPANCY:

•The maximum number of guests for this condo is 11, however, the owner has chosen to restrict # of occupants to 9 or less. For your comfort, we suggest adults not sleep in bunkbed or sofa sleeper.

•We will not rent to persons other than families, married couples, and adults who are 30 years of age or older. The renter must closely and personally supervise all occupants of a property under the age of 25 years. Any reservation made under false pretenses will be subject to loss of rent and/or eviction.

FEES & TAXES :

10.6% tax and fees added to all rentals.

Cleaning fees are included in the rate.

This is a NO SMOKING/NO PETS CONDOMINIUM.

Check-out is 10:00 am Central Time

Check-in begins at 4:00PM. Due to our high cleaning standards and peak season check-in days (especially Saturdays), some condominiums may need a little extra cleaning time and check-in may be delayed. We appreciate your patience as we prepare for your stay. On the other hand, if the unit is cleaned upon arrival and you are early, you may occupy the unit at no additional charge. This must be OK’d through owner prior to your arrival.

Other Fees:	$45 non-refundable insurance fee in lieu of security deposit covers you for up to $1500 in accidental damages as long as you report those damages to owner or owner's management company BEFORE checking out.
